Julian Magdaleno Jr.

Julian M. Magdaleno Jr., age 67 of LaGrange, formerly of Long Island, NY. Beloved husband of Dawn Romei, loving father of Julian Joseph (Abby) and Joanna Magdaleno and stepfather of Alex and Maggie Vannucci, dear brother of Maria Cecilia (Bob) Curtis and the late George I. Magdaleno and brother-in-law of Lynn (late Steve) Kuti, Laura (Greg) Bolin, George (Sabrina) LaBue, Pam (Wayne) Rabe and the late David Romei, fond uncle and godfather of Julianna Curtis.  Julian is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews through marriage. Julian received his Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering from RPI and worked as a Biomedical Engineer in hospital process improvement at large hospitals including Amita and Advocate. He was an IHSA official for over 15 years who enjoyed Basketball, Football and Volleyball. He also had a true appreciation for the arts and was involved in many community theater groups, acting in numerous plays for over 20 years. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, www.pancan.org would be appreciated.
